I’ve had my eyes set on a staple watch for a while now, but have always found myself um-ing and ah-ing when it comes to making that final decision.

So many factors to consider – the one bugging me most is what kind of metal to go for. I’ve been leaning towards a traditional gold piece for some time, however gunmetal silver coloured jewellery has recently made me think twice.

What are your thoughts? Do you prefer gold, silver, rose gold or gunmetal silver yourself?

my birthday wishlist

With exactly a week until my birthday, I thought why not get into the spirit of things starting from now?

Yeah, yeah I completely realise that my birthday ‘wishlist’ is a bit unrealistic but hey – you just never know!

I’ve had my eyes set on the Alexander Wang Emile Satchel for a while now, and even if I don’t get it for my birthday – believe me, it will be in my possession.

Amongst the Emile:

Vintage Moschino belt – does anyone know where I can find one of these? I’ve trawled the Internet far and near and the only place I can find them is on eBay, but I’m convinced that they are not legit nor are they vintage.

Alexander Wang Prisma Biker Wallet – a simple yet edgy design, all to match my Emile satchel of course!

Marc by Marc Jacobs Two-Tone Tablet Case – okay, so even though I don’t have any intentions of getting a tablet or an iPad… I’m sure that this case could be utilised as a clutch?

Yves Saint Laurent Obsession Satin and Suede Pumps – two words: I DIE.

Karen Walker Anytime Sunglasses – I’ve admired KW sunnies for a while and have been lusting for a pair since god knows when, I just can’t seem to pick which pair and whether or not it actually suits me?

Acne Ry Angora-Blend Sweater – it’s Acne and it’s a sweater…

So, I guess it’s only a matter of time to see whether or not any of my wishes actually come true! We will find out in a week.
